Grandma Bob’s was a great choice for dinner one night. I stopped here on a Monday evening and it was still quite busy. Despite that, I was able to get a seat at the bar right away, although it was crowded. I ordered the sausage and pistachio pizza, and it was a delicious choice. Pistachio on pizza is a unique topping, but it actually worked well. The pizza tasted vibrant and fresh, and it was a great Detroit style pizza. I’d eat here again in a heartbeat.

BEST DEEP DISH PIZZA WE’VE HAD!! 🍕🔥 My boyfriend and I tried Grandma Bob’s during our road trip to Toronto, and WOW… this pizza was absolutely delicious. We genuinely want to make another trip just to have it again! Spicy Pepperoni - It was SOOOOO good. The crunch and crispiness of the crust were insane, and the flavor was easily 10000/10. This was hands down our favorite and the pizza we’d come back for. In fact, we did stop back in on our way back home from Canada. Cheddar Bacon Jalapeño Cheese Bread - 1000/10, crispy crust. Ridiculous flavor, so good. Big Mac pizza - Definitely an interesting experience! According to my boyfriend, it really did taste just like a Big Mac. It was good and fun to try, but probably not a pizza we’d personally want an entire pie of. If you’re a huge Big Mac fan, you’ll probably love this one. The atmosphere was cool and casual. It is a little tight inside when you’re trying to move around, but honestly, once that pizza is sitting in front of you, you probably won’t care. Highly recommend Grandma Bob’s if you’re in the Detroit area! We’re still thinking about that Spicy Pepperoni tbh.

Arrived around 7pm on a Friday night (8/7/26) & all tables (there are like 4 or 5 long tables where everyone basically sits family style if you're into that) were full so we sat at the bar. We were greeted within a few minutes & service was super friendly & quick. The cocktails were pretty good & the food was pretty good. I had the Spinach & Garlic pizza & my husband had the Meat Lovers. The "What the Duck?" cocktail came with a lil rubber ducky. Cute! Paid $112 + tip in all which was pricey but we did get 4 cocktails. Next time I'll have to try the lobster roll pizza!

Came here on a Wednesday evening with no troubles of finding seating. Hot as balls though, felt bad for the server. The selection of pizzas was healthy enough to choose from - but from experience DO NOT GET THE RANCH. It is almond based and not true Midwest. Plus $1 a cup.circle pizza is okay, deep dish is where the party is at. Our taste buds could care less for the circle. Pepsi had a good twang. Wish we got the bread or salad, but we were saving room for Ice cream. Gelato review coming soon. Overall - would come back, good service and weird lights if you look at the ceiling for long enough .

6/06/26: Came here with a couple of friends. I got the Spicy Pepperoni, while my friends got the Sausage and Pistachio, and the Meat Lovers. They were all deep-dish and we shared slices with each other. I also got a drink called What the Duck? Pizzas were good; nice crust on the edges, good sauce, great ingredients with a great amount of flavor. Drink was okay; the flavors didn't mesh together well and was a bit too simple I think. But you don't come here for the drinks I guess, haha. They were out of vanilla ice cream, so I couldn't get the boozy milkshake, which is what I wanted =0(.... Server was pretty good, attentive, personable, and fun =03. Looking at the other servers, they didn't seem as good from a GLANCE(stoic stiff faces), so my experience might be better than yours if you got a different server than I did. Place is a bit small, like a hole-in-the-wall, so it gets crowded quick, so be prepared to wait if you come during the midday/busier times. Not a lot of space between chairs either, making it feel kinda cramped, so for my bigger patrons, take that into consideration. Overall a pretty good experience and would rate the pizza higher than Michigan & Trumbell(the piz
